We take extreme care in shipping our delicate chocolates. However:

• During summer months or in warm climates, we may delay shipping or require insulated packaging.
• We are not responsible for shipments left unattended in warm conditions after delivery.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our curators within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly via replacement or credit.
